Each Friday at 7pm EST, new Salsa Shines Choreography will be available here. Most recent content will be displayed first. You will have access to our Demo Video, Salsa on 1 Breakdown and Salsa on 2 Breakdown for each Episode.

Additionally, you’ll have access to a new practice track created by Piotr Kowalczyk at various tempos. Salsa music is full of rhythmic and melodic patterns. Piotrek has designed ear training audio tracks for you to develop your relationship with the different sounds and layers of music, one by one.

In this episode we dive deep into the power of dancing shines. One of the greatest asses that dance offers us is tapping into our own WORTHINESS. Shines gives you a connection with the root of your flow, insight into mapping the floor, balance within the body and mind, and the opportunity to express the musicality of your heart. Whenever we dance, we have two choices, 1. approach the dance from the heart or 2. approach the dance from expectations. Each choice leads to a different result.
